Starting over for the 999th time

Hello,
My name is Amanda and I'm starting over for what seems like the 999th time. I am a serial dieter but I'm going to work hard to break my bad eating habits and get healthy. Today is day 2 of eating right and exercising. I love to exercise...it's the eating right that gets me. I'm 5ft 1 so any extra calories go right to my mid-section since entering my 40's.

Hi I am in my late 50's I too can!t get it right but I can,t even say I like exercise. My plan Thai week is to do trial and error doing a lot. Of reading on proper foods. So get the books and articles out and start prepared! Hope we can mutually do this! Oh yes I am 5 ft 2 and 175 so I do understand! Here is to a losing friendship0

If you have failed so many times then you will probably fail again unless you try to do something differently.
I don't know what you mean by 'eating right', but it may be here where you are going wrong.0
