Are there any recipies that contains no protein?

I seem to have 0 protein left for the day yet have 528 calories left, what could I have for tea? Or, what are the implications of having to much protein, any?

Don't worry about going over on Protein MFP defaults to 15% of calories from protein, but a healthy well rounded diet can have as much as 30% protein. As long as you are not doubling the amount of protein and are at or under your caloric intake you will be fine and should not worry about it.
Many MFP users, including myself, go in and change the % to allow for more protein. If you are interested in doing that you can go to goals, change goals, select custom, change your % allocations, then click save changes.0 -
I agree. Going over on protein should be the least of your worries. That said, if you are close on fat, make sure you do pick a lean protein. As long as you are at or a bit under your calories, you are doing well.0
