Pre New Year =New Challenge= Less Pork Chops

Hello everyone! I am at this again, but this time I have a plan to make this reality. After many moons I have come to the conclusion that diets are a lifestyle. What can I say? I love FOOD!!! I grew up loving my rice, beans and pork chops. I love powdered donuts and indulging in snacks. So, how can I make this happen? I hope with people’s support because currently I am the biggest I have ever been at 149 pounds. Thank God for good genes because the weight is evenly distributed, but nonetheless those cheeks in pictures look a little more oversize than my taste would appreciate. So wish me luck… Heading to the gym tonight and hoping to eat at moderation to meet my goal which is minus 20 pounds.
