I'm 26 and had knee surgery July 16, 2013. I am getting to the point where I am getting stronger. I have started Focus T25 by Beach Body and love it. There are things I still struggle to do in the video's because my knee cannot handle it. I was on progess to start losing 45+ pounds because I am only 5'1". I have been to a nutritionalist and been given a 1200 calorie diet plan. I also use advocare products to make sure I am getting clean protein after my workout plus the meal replacements for breakfast. I am looking for friends to help keep me motivated. If you are interested please add me. Thanks!
P.S. I also use the Fitbit Flex tracker so if anyone would like to add me on fitbit that would be cool too.
