Ladies lifting weight

I was just curious as to what weight some of the ladies on here were using to lift with(free weights), and what are some of your favorite exercises?

    Here are my final numbers from stage one in my lifting plan:

    Squats: 95lbs
    Seated Rows: 70lb
    Step-ups: BW+30lbs
    Deadlifts: 105 lbs
    Dumbbell Shoulder Presses: 25lbs
    Wide-grip Lat Pulldowns: 80lbs
    Lunges: BW+30 lbs

    Depends on the goals- there for will depend on the weights and the reps.

    Yay bulking and hyptertrophy- shooting for 4 sets of 8 reps... it sucks- I love 3-5 range- much more fun. whatever.

    But Must needs build more muscles. So 8 it is.

    Love me some compound lifts- and pull ups- <3 back work.

    bar bell Squat 120lbs
    deadlift 185 lbs (LOVE these)
    barbell bench 80 lbs
    barbell rows 70lbs
    barbell OHP 65 lbs
