Your Workout Regiment

Hi guys i'm new to the forum and haven't been through all the posts so I apologize if this is a repeat.

I know everyone is different but where have you guys found the most success with your routines. I try to get to the gym 5 days a week for about 1 hour. 50% cardio 50% weight training. What do you guys do?

    This is basically what I do. It fits my personal fitness goals and I enjoy some kinds of cardio (cycling and running mainly). If the weather is nice, I run or ride outside and just do the resistance training portion (weights) in the gym.

    For the resistance training, I am working with a trainer who has given me a routine that we tweak as I progress.

    My winter routine is 3 days/30 minutes a time of an at home strength training program, 2 days/30 minutes a time on a rebounder-running and jump rope.
