what should i include in a food journal???

should i just include what i ate, how it made me feel and how many calories it had?

    I would include everything you ate and the calories they have. If you want to add your feelings, you can do so in the note section of your journal.

    Do whatever works best for you! Some people just track their calories, some track certain nutrients, some add notes to make it a full on journal, some do all of the above and more.
