Burn 3500 calories a week challenge

We are setting up the January Burn 3500 Calories A Week Challenge.

More info: Burn 3500 calories a week challenge.- For all those who need encouragement & support to give you a kick start in health & fitness. This challenge has been going on since August 2013.

We do our best to burn 3500 calories a week for the entire month, We don't always make it, but we don't stop trying. Depending on how many days there are left in the final week then instead of 3500, we up it 500 per days left. For example there was 9 days left in the month of November so the goal was 4500 calories instead of 3500.
