Food Scale!!!

I have been at the same weight for a couple months. I was waiting to see if Santa brought me a food scale. He didn't so I bought one today at Walmart. I can't wait to go home to use it. I will probably spend all evening measuring things!!!

Food scales make a world of difference! It's crazy to see how much or how little you really eat!

I had to do the same thing. The only two things I asked for was a digital scale and a weight set, Knew I wasnt gonna get the weight set, but at least i got a gift card so I could pick out the scale I wanted. I was using a non digital prior and boy i love the exact and precise measurements I am getting.
