    It is still early and i am only on my first gallon of coffee but, let me see if i got this...

    - All men have one opinion and set of actions.
    - All women have one opinion and set of actions that are the exact opposite of the one of men.
    - Some dumb *kitten* turned down starbucks in general, let alone FREE starbucks.

    Now, the guy in question was wrong....he should never respond to a girl like that...
    But...i would recommend you never turn a guy down by saying, "I dont see us as a couple"..
    Because frankly, you don't know that, he doesnt know that, and for all you know, you passed up a chance to meet
    a really great person.
    Ultimately, if you want to turn a guy down, just say no thank you...don't complicate it.

    I can't begin to tell you how many dates I've been on where the generic response is "I don't see us as a couple" after one date (if it was even a whole date, I've had girls get up and just walk out because of the above reason, at least if I was staring at boobs or something, then I'd understand).

    The reality is if a girl's first response is this, then it's basically them saying, "I'm not physically attracted enough to you to even consider getting to know you as a person". You don't have to agree and your experiences may differ, but I have to ask (regardless of gender), what is the big problem with taking 15 minutes to chat someone up and finding out there's more to them than what you saw at first glance?

    Bottom line, if you just meet someone, and your response is "I don't see us as a couple", then you're being shallow and might not find much comfort in the shallowness of other people.

    But no not all guys are like this.... Although I have come across this type of gem before.
    I had a guy get seriously angry with me when I told him I was married. Started calling me a "Lying b****", a few other names and so on and so on. I just started laughing. Which made him even more mad. Oh well.
