Sugary drink help!

I would be doing so much better if I could find a go to drink that is low sugar. I do drink water here and there but I am just not a huge fan. I used to really like those truvia flavor packs that you poured into your water but they got recalled for being cancer causing. I find that a simple glass of orange juice takes up the majority of my allotted sugar for the day. So what is your go to drink? Any help is truly appreciated!

Crystal light and Mio are both good, low calorie good ways to flavor your water. Tasty and you're still drinking lots of healthy water!

I'm not specifically aware of a brand of flavor packs that got recalled for being cancer causing, but there's hundreds of different varieties of those things available now, I'm sure you can find a different, non-cancer inducing brand. If you're wary of artificial sweeteners, there's several brands that make sweetened water enhancers made with stevia. Sweetleaf makes one, and there's a website called capellaflavordrops.com where you can find tons of flavors of stevia sweetened flavors and unsweetened flavors (like they use in flavored seltzer).

Water w/ fresh lemon, lime &/or cucumber makes me feel like I'm at a fancy spa. (If I'm feeling lazy, I use a packet of True Lime or True Lemon.)

You're very welcome! I like Mio because you can add as much or as little as you want and take it anywhere with you.

You can also put a splash of juice in water for flavor if you don't want to worry about finding something without artificial sweeteners. Also, and this is up to you, you don't necessarily need to worry about the sugar allotment here on MFP. The number is really low, and unless you have some issue with sugar such as diabetes, you can probably ignore it.

Master Cleanse. What exactly does is detoxify?

I know the book explains that by drinking this beverage your body can convert the nitrogen in air to protein....so there's that.

We have one of those soda machines. I like to make plain sparkling water and add lemon or lime juice to it or else the fruit flavors they sell to make seltzer water with. It is also good with just a bit of juice concentrate added. Fizzy like soda but mostly water.
