Eat less, knowledgeably and exercise

Hi,

I exercise, I eat healthy, mostly. However, I get over tired and then binge and then crash and eat all the crap I was denying myself.

My goal on this site is to realize how many calories I am actually taking in to make changes to what I am eating and the amount that I am eating.

I am on a healthy lifestyle for life. If I want a brownie, then I plan to have it. I know how to say no and I will do it, so I can always have that extra something, in moderation, when I want to.
