Just went to Shoe Clinic and have three options. Keen to know if anyone has tried any. Mizuno wave rider, Brooks pure or Asic nimbus.

Mizuno Wave Riders.. Those are the shoes I have. I have had three knee surgeries so I am very picky when it comes to shoes that I can use for running. Put these on and it's like you're walking on a cloud. I have ran in many races using these.. so hands down, they would be by choice.

I have worn both Mizuno and Asicx, I love the Mizuno. Just make sure they are the appropriate shoes for your gait.
  • I am an Asic Nimbus person for life :)

Asics are the only brand I've worn for years... so I'd say go Asics!

Did you test them out? At my running store, I got to put them on and jog on a treadmill. It's hard to say which are the best for you because we all have different feet and gaits. I hated the mizuno wave. Both asics and brooks varieties were good, but I chose brooks. I'm on my third pair. Good luck!

Both Mizuno and Asics are good shoes - I tend to be a mid/forefront striker (when I was still running) and I've had a lot of comfort from Asics.
