Is Chalean Extreme for me?

I am very near to my goal body, my main problem is my tummy, it still has a bit of a buldge. Around an inch or two of love handles and muffin top. Should I do Chalean extreme which focuses more on strength training or should I do another workout that focuses more on Cardio? Thank you!

Muscle burn fat while at rest so it is important to do strength training. I loved ChaLean Extreme and got very toned doing it. Remember that you can do all the ab exercises in the world but you will never see your six pack unless your diet is spot on.

Doing resistance training along with eating within your calorie goals will help to burn fat while preserving the lean muscle. Some people also do some cardio a few times per week to give themselves extra calories to eat and improve cardiovascular health. You don't necessarily need to do a certain video to achieve that, people have done the same thing with programs like Stronglifts, Starting Strength, and New Rules of Lifting for Women. If you like Chalene's style and programs, there's nothing wrong with doing her workouts, but if you have weights available to you, there's no reason why you couldn't just do a program on your own and save yourself the cost of the DVDs.0
