Goal for graduation trip...

Hello guys!!

I am Alexia! I'm trying to get off some weight for my graduation trip in May. I have no problem with the working out part but I have a love for food. It has been super hard to for me, I eat healthy one day and eat junk the next. Any tips or suggestions?

  • Good luck and congrats on graduating! I'm a similar way, once I get to the gym, I'll workout for hours and really enjoy it. But going out to eat with friends and getting fast food for lunch a couple times per week is where my shortcomings are. I'm going to work hard at tracking what I eat, it's a lot easier to say no to something if you log your food and realize that a snack is almost 25% of your daily calorie intake!
