Don't want to stop what I have started.

I honestly believed that I had turned a new leaf for months I had been eating well and exercising. I even had a good routine of working out to indulge in the foods that I really love and didn't want to give up.

Then it happened...I lost my drive and I don't even know why.

The last 3 weeks have been dreadful. My clothes are a little tighter, my endurance is dropping and I just feel like crap.
I have been gaining and losing my weight my whole life, and am terrified that if I don't start back at it that I will give up completely and fall back into that cycle again.

I am looking to make 2014 a great year, to continue with what I have started and to make some good friends along the way. I would really love some new friends to join me.

I think this happens coz what you're doing feels temporary.
Treat is as a day by day project and I also found that meal planning helped me a lot.
I don't rely on motivation, I just know where I want to go, and that requires being prepared....
You can do this. Just keep going. You cant feel awesome ALL the time about it, sometimes its just plain boring!!!!
