I have started my diet. I would like to know if anyone has any tips or advice they would think could help? I already messed up by getting to excited the other day when i did a 45 minute work-out and woke up to find i could not walk without immense pain :/ lol Today i had a whataburger (yikes!) i figured my grandma would make something with veggies i could eat like usual but sadly she did not cook and did not tell me she was not so now i am hungry :O i think there is hamburger meat but it is frozen and sandwich stuff any idea what i should do i just checked and there are no veggies probably why she didn't cook.
