Hello friends....
It's new year and and I am planning to start my this journey of losing weight again. After so many failures, This time I am totally determined about losing weight. I have decided some goals:
1. Logging on mfp everyday even if I had a bad day.
2. try to do any kind of exercise/workout everyday.
3. Do not give so much attention to weighing scale just make best efforts and results will be seen automatically.
So girls and guys plz let me know if you are planning for the same. we can do it together by pushing each other to get best results.:flowerforyou:
with hopes,

    Good Luck for your aim.

Your profile says the below which means you need to change food habits first or else your weight would come back with Mach 6 speed.

    "I am a foodoholic.
I love to taste different types of cuisines.
Actually, I think I just live to eat!!!!!!!! "

Walt Disney and his staff used “Imagineering” to create....it redirects your "Will" into a healthy, visualized "Power," that carries you toward your desired goal.

If you want a lifestyle change that is far more beneficial than just losing fat then Google
“Eat Fast and Live Longer” with Dr. Michael Mosley. That 54 minute film has the power to change your life. No potions, lotions or magic… Just mind blowing research regarding the benefits of intermittent fasting.

By simply fasting (600 calories) on Monday and Thursday and walking my yellow lab 2.5 miles a day,
I have gone from having atrial fibrillation, high BP and being overweight to a current BP of 120/80
27 lbs down and a Cardiologist who recently commented “Well I can’t make someone who feels
great feel greater. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll see you in another six months.”

Imagineer your success through an intermittent fasting lifestyle.
    All the best.
