Need friends/ Motivation

I've been going back and forth struggling with my weight and it's just time for a change. i am 18 years old and reached an ultimate low with myself and my weight… weighing at a SAD 245 i plan to eat healthier and exercise everyday… to lose about 85 pounds.. its not going to be easy but i know i can do it if i work hard enough and have support and motivation when i need it.

Hi! I know the struggle. I'm 19 years old and around 195 (it's been a while since I've weighed myself, but that's what it was last time) and I decided it's time for a change. My goal is around 150, and so far in almost a month, nothing has changed /: I guess it's time to kick it up a notch eh? I'm looking forward to your progression updates! ^^0

I guess if you are wanting to lose some weight then you need to start with the kitchen and start planning out what you eat, it is working for me so far and good luck!0
