spot reduction
making your muscles long and lean
high weights make you bulky
fat burning zoning
losing a clothing size in 6 days
insinuating that exercise alone is enough to lose weight
etc
no wonder so many women are confused about fitness

insinuating that exercise alone is enough to lose weight
It actually is, if you work at it hard enough. The body can only process so much food before it starts dumping it out the "exhaust" or shutting down the intake, and it is possible to consistently burn more than that amount.
It would take a full time commitment, but yes, you can out-train a bad diet.0 -

for most people with busy lives you can't out exercise a bad diet. yes you probably can if you are doing 4 hours a day of workouts, but definitely NOT if you're doing those "toning" exercises in the video.0 -

Hey look, a pedant contrarian! I've never seen one before on the internet.
Should we kill it and cut it, and see how it works? Maybe we moosh it and cook it?
Your average person will not out train a bad diet. That's not a point of discussion, it's a point of reality.0 -
There are few activities in this world where "most people won't" doesn't apply.Hey look, a pedant contrarian! I've never seen one before on the internet.

That video's got all the myth buzzwords in one place. All to the tune of cheesy music. It's like an SNL skit.
Oh, and "exercise alone is enough to lose weight" is scientifically valid, and many people have done it.These results clearly demonstrate that it is quite possible to lose fat while preserving fat-free mass through regular prolonged exercise of moderate intensity if energy intake is kept constant at baseline level
