We all know that eating a good breakfast, noon to eat well, eat and evening. Thus, the day breakfast is the key. Eat high-fiber breakfast cereal, low-fat milk, not only can help defecation, but also very nutritious and healthy, as meat, seafood is left to lunch and dinner you can eat light, to account for most of the vegetables.
