Hi New here

:wink: Well had a big weight loss due to a medication side effect went from 180 to 165 then stopped the medication and started different one. Now Im focused on eating healthy and getting down to about 130 to 135 as I use to weigh that much about 4 years ago. You can add me as a friend I do not mind if your male or female. We all have the same goals with gaining or loosing weight but doing it the healthy way while making friends in the process and not going through it alone is the best option for me:wink:

  • Hi All! I am now serious and committed to losing this weight and be happier and healthier! I have 4 children. My baby is 9 1/2 months and still nursing, so I could use advise on doing this the right way as to not decrease my milk supply :) Thanks! Excited to join this journey with you all! My starting weight as of today is 147 and my goal weight is 125! Eek, i haven't been that weight since I was pregnant at 18 and sailed right past that number. Which was 12 1/2 years ago! Help! Need encouragment :)
