Why is it I cant see the 50lbs I have lost. I look at my image and all I see is a fat person still.
When I can wear at size 14 jean down from a 20 since Jan. Might be able to wear a 12 if it wasnt for this gut.
I had to buy new bras went from a 44D to a 36C
Went from a 2X top to a L or XL
Even my size 10 shoes are to big had to buy a size 9
So why is it I can feel it I just cant see it.
I look at myself and I see all this sagging skin, sometimes I thing that the fat is better then all this skin.
Does anyone else ever feel this way.

It is human nature to never see ourselve as perfect. We are insatiable, thus always want more (or less lol) than we have. It is really hard to get passed it but know that you are doing an awesome job and your hard work IS paying off, as seen by you tinier clothes. :)

You are a beautiful, lovely, successful woman. You are healthier than you were 50lbs ago and the skin may be there forever but you also have a loving family that wants YOU to be here forever - and being healthier with some extra skin is far more conducive to achieve that than just "being fat".

You rock lady! Don't stop now!
