Hey All! I am feeling so good, happy, and content this morning! Maybe someone mentioning noticing a weight loss helped a lil. But on the whole, I am so motivated by the people and information I have found at MFP.

The lyrics above come from a song I start the day out with morning. It's so inspiring and true. I've shared it with my teenage daughter and her friends and use it for my teen dance group. I'd like to share it with all of you.
