So I am wondering on the food page of this site is used to track calories etc I for instance did not eat a cup of blueberries but there is no way to say or change it to maybe 10 blueberries if that. I am wondering about this because it says 15 g of sugar when I in fact did not consume that much. My calculations will be off each day....I shall continue to track what I eat either way but there are other things too that are not accurate calcuationsof what I consume. For the most part its right....

You can change the number of portions you ate to fractions! For example, you may have had 0.25 of a serving of blueberries. Or, look through the various entries for one that tracks the portion size you're looking for.0

I would highly recommend buying a digital food scale and weighing out solids. Pick entries from the database that give measurements in grams and ounces. There should be a drop down box near the measurement to select this. This will be the most accurate way of tracking. Only use measuring cups for liquids (I even weigh peanut butter because it is calorie dense and using a TBS will be off).0

Weighing is what I do. I weigh *everything* and look for entries in the database that lets me type in exactly how many grams of the product I ate. I often have to put a lot of entries in myself because a lot of them are in "cups".. being from the UK, I have no idea what a "cup" equates to!0
