hello! (back after some time off)

Just thought I'd introduce myself...I know, I'm one of the typical people using the New Year as a reason to kick start my motivation again.

I lost 34 lbs through healthy eating and all that jazz (162 lbs-128lbs)..blah blah blah, then final exams came around and stress went through the roof. Sugar and caffeine (and sugary coffee, bleh) became my best friends. And late night study snacks. And then home for the holidays as soon as finals were done...yikes. No more excuses though!!!

I've gained back 5-8 lbs recently, and through December (some of which I think is just bloating/water weight from so much processed crap and sweets ... erghhh) so I know that's not the end of the world, but I want to start logging things again just so I can focus on a healthier intake, especially as I head back to school!
