Back at it AGAIN!! for my little ones

What's up everyone. Name is Jay and I'm back on MFP looking to get back into my routine. Every time I'm on this APP everything goes good. I notice I meet my goals and it keeps me in line with what I should be trying to do. Unfortunately I've slacked a few times and cant have that. So I'm back on and instead of just using 1/4 of the apps features I want to use up all I can. Looking through the community I've found a lot of people with the same questions and goals. Even problems I encountered along the way.

Hopefully I get to meet new people, it's always easier to stay committed with people going through the same challenges.

Quick run down:

5ft- 6 Currently 165-168lbs (Originally 191 last year)
Workout 3-4 times a week.
Cardio 1-2 times a week.

Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Serious Mass
Cellucor Creatine, C4 Preworkout, P6 Black, Whey.

Originally started MFP to loss weight (which I have), but now I am looking to gain mass/muscle. but loose body as well.

I NEED HELP!!!
I know my diet has everything to do with it, but i'm always open to other suggestions and conversation on options to help make it more feasible on a daily basis.
