90-Day Fitness & Nutrition Challenge

As I reflect on my fitness journey this past year, I wrote down several things that kept me from being successful. Then most importantly, I wrote down things that caused me to be successful. Well, I was most successful when I had a group of people to share my week-to-week accomplishments and who were committed to sharing with me. Something about the group challenge worked!!! I will be using a hybrid of Beach Body workouts, including Les Mills Pump & Shaun T's Focus T25 and I'm happy to share my plan and know yours as well. However, it doesn't matter what you do, just commit to exercising, eating better, and posting in the group over the next 90 days (daily check-ins, weekly weigh-ins, monthly measurements, etc.) I really want to focus on nutrition this year, so let's share information, motivate each other, and get closer to our goals!! Enter start weight by Friday 1/3 - Monday 1/6.
