Mixing it up?

I have had Turbo Jam for over a year now, and I've done it on and off since then. I really enjoy doing it. My sister loaned me a few discs from Rockin' Body, and she also gave me Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I was thinking about rotating all three throughout the week, but then when I started looking at it I saw there were phases, etc. I don't know much about Rockin' Body either. Any suggestions on which order to do them, or if I should do one at a time? I never followed the calendar for Turbo Jam, I learned the moves then just started doing the dance party one or a 20 min one if I didn't have a lot of time.

    There's nothing saying you can't combine all three at all. The schedules are there as guides but if you're used to doing all three it'll actually help shake things up in your body to get better results. I would say however, that after 6-8 weeks bump up the intensity a bit more as you want your body to constantly guess what's going on to keep the weight loss going!
