Down almost 100 lbs in less than a year!

In 2012, I had gained OVER 110 lbs with my pregnancy. My pre-preggo weight was 130 and I'm 5'7. After my daughter was born on 6.7.12, I was shocked and disgusted to learn I had ballooned up to 248 lbs!!

My current weight is 150-155 lbs. I fluctuate a lot because my eating has been pretty bad over the holidays.

Last year I met trainer Becca Heiberg here on Long Island and she helped me lose almost all of my baby weight! But with work and being so busy, I haven't changed my diet enough to lose the last 25 lbs to be at my goal weight of 125/130 lbs.

Becca worked on a free health challenge that starts on January 2nd and I'm doing it! There's 8 weeks of workouts, grocery shopping lists, and meals (mostly organic) to follow.

You have to down load the PDF and in it are links to workout videos you'll need. It's good for me because I can do it at home with my daughter without having to go to the gym.
