now that I have started insanity...

Should I move my calorie intake up? I have only started today and before this, just lifted small weights and did some fast walking. I am VERY small. I weigh 105 pounds, but according to the doctor I am at 27% body fat. I want to cut my body fat % and then start a bulk to gain some muscle and look/be stronger.
I have always been tiny (maybe skinny fat). I have a very small petite frame and even without paying attention to what I eat or do, stay under 110lbs. I am squishy around the middle but would not mind gaining some weight if it meant I would look and be stronger.
