Your Goals for 2014

Would be interested what your goals are for 2014. Mine are:
1. Eat a healthy and balanced diet, reduce simple sugars and alcohol.
2. Trying to make other people feel good.
3. Run a few half marathons (under 1:40:00)
4. Do a few triathlons (Olympic under 3 hours, half iron man under 6 hours)
