Well I just signed up thanks too seeing a friends post on FB about this site. I think it will be just what I need to get myself back in line. A few years ago I lost 25lbs eating a healthy diet and getting up and getting exercise before going to work at least 5 days a week. In the last couple of years I've relocated to a big city and managed to get out of the habit of getting up and exercising before work. Then when I get home it's just too easy to push it off. I'm ready to get motivated and get back on track.

    Welcome!!!

    Darn big cities!!! I gained a bunch a weight when I moved to Manhattan, NYC a few years ago as well... All them yummy bagels and pizza!!!

    Welcome!!! I love working out in the morning, then it's done and over with and you've started your day by accomplishing so much already!
