LCHF is amazing!

Just came back home from two weeks holidays, and was not able to weigh myself while on holidays. And what a wonderful surprise I found out this morning that I lost 2 more pounds. LCHF is an amazing eating lifestyle! I have been on it for months and consistently lose minimum 1 pound per week. And during the Xmas holidays, I was able to eat all the lovely foods, filled with cream, butter, full fat cheese, meats soaked in gravy, etc. I even exceeded my calorie daily limits almost daily, being tempted with all the wonderful Xmas dinners. What an amazing plan!!!!!!!

    Congrats! I find it works really well for me, too, until I forget why moderation and counting calories doesn't work and try at that and fail again. I should learn. One of these days, anyway. Especially since getting back into ketosis is not always pleasant.

    I love my balanced diet...I eat what I want within my caloric range. During the week of Christmas I lost 4lbs. This week I have already lost 2. I average 2lbs a week while eating from all food groups.

    I think it is great when we find what works for us as individuals.

    Congratulations guys on maintaining your weight loss through the holidays!

    fire department, or police department, I'd eat my admission ticket's worth
    of bacon, sausage, eggs, and fruit! If the pancake syrup was truly maple,
    I'd have a tablespoonful of that, too. I'd also put REAL cream in my coffee!

    I DON'T MISS wheat, corn, potatoes, and rice---at all!
