Hello.

I suffer from Oral Allergy Syndrome. I have been since a very small child. I absolutely can not eat Apples, Pears and Cherries. Carrots, celery, kiwi and many more cause the symptoms though nowhere near as badly.

How do you supplement the nutrition that is lost out by not being able to eat certain produce?

How many nutrients are lost in the baking process?


An apple a day brings the doctor, it does not keep him away. =(
