Hi All ;-)
So I'm new to this site but not new to the weight loss game. I've been trying, unsuccesfuly I might add, to lose weight for a few years. Now there's no more excuses, after spending quite a few months with my personal trainer 3 times a week and not losing anything (gained awesome muscle tone though) I need to step back and look at what I'm doing to myself here. So from now on it's sticking to sensible eating, more cardio, and just being all around healther for me and my family!
I'm a 26 y/o wife and mom to an adorable Kindergartener, I'm also a full-time student working on my Business/Psychology degree, and work part-time as a Job Search Specialist for our local college. I'm looking forward to having the energy I need for my hectic life and being able to enjoy the downtimes still ready to go. I will gladly accept any motivation and tips :-) Good luck to all out there, and we'll be talking soon.

Good luck to you also!!!! This site is a great way to find some new motivation. My weight has yo-yoed for the past 5 years. I would gain 30 lbs, loose, 30, gain back 20 lbs, loose 15, gain back 20 lbs, loose 15. I was a size 6 (135lbs) last may. Earlier this year I got back down to 135 in may and I weighed my self last week and was back up at 152! I'm still struggling, but this time, I am looking for my deep rooted issues I have with not being able to keep the weight off. I'm determined now!0
