Having a homemade sheperds pie for a meal soon but i didn't make it so no idea what to log it as!
It's mashed potato made with a tiny amount of butter and skimmed milk, lean frozen mince beef, gravy granules (herbs etc), lightly fried onion.
Weighs in just short of 600 grams
anyone care to hazard a guess?

I'd guess 450 cals at least. - or you can try to log them all seperately.0

you can plug in sheperds pie into the food data base and come up with a lot of choices. even "home made"
it was 400 cals per cup.
