Hey all
Just a heads up I am not affiliated with this site in anyway!

I wanted to share this site that sells awesome tupperware that allows you to measure the food within the container. I have a few of their products and highly recommend it . Most even have ice packs that are integrated into the container.

Sometimes if you are lucky you can find their stuff at discount stores such as Ross, TJMaxx and Marshalls

I have the Healthy Food Snack Container with Removable Ice Pack and the Fruit and Veggie Bowl with Removable Ice Pack

Good luck on your journey!!

Unless it's a liquid, I don't use those units to measure. I weigh everything on a digital food scale, as it's much more accurate. I guess you could place the Tupper ware on the scale and portion there but I can do that with the cheap ones that don't have written units on them. It's a nice idea, though.
