Trying to lose the weight I gainedwhen I quit smoking

It's so frustrating. I quit smoking a year ago and although my savings has grown...so has my pants size. I've gained at least 18 lbs and now I have a back problem...just when I started to get into exercising. Anywho....I'm hoping to get it back down before my June trip to vegas. I've also recently went gluten free...and I did lose 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks so that's good. I'm limited right now on exercise but was hoping a little muscle building on my arms would at least start to help.
I look forward to taking this journey...(again)

Don't be so hard on yourself. You quit smoking, that's a HUGE accomplishment. My wife was able to quit cigarettes and use ecigs instead. I seen a drastic improvement on her complexion, stamina and last but not least "SMELL". Hang in there.0
