Nocturnal eating habits

I am semi nocturnal. I work in the evenings as a waitress (around 5 pm) and don't go to bed until around 6 am. I don't eat before work, or during work due to no breaks, so I come home and eat for the first time around 10-11 pm. Sometimes I'll snack a bit later on in the evening while 'm gaming but other times it'll be just that one meal. I know that's probably not very good for me, but I always feel guilty eating so late. So I was wondering if any one else who works night shifts or has a similar sleeping schedule has any tips to 1)Still get some good vitamins and proteins in even though its late at night and I'm sitting at home for the rest of the night and 2)not feel guilty eating later at night even though I'm going to be up for several more hours.

Last spring, I would get home at 8:45 after my internship (not as late as you, but pretty late for dinnertime), but I always convinced myself to cook a healthy, pre-planned meal. Meal timing doesn't affect weight loss, so as long as you eat a quality meal, you shouldn't be at a disadvantage.0
