Hi all, today is my first day of MyFitnessPal. I've heard great things from this weight management program from my sister. I'm excited for what's to come. Good luck everyone!

    Happy New Year! Logging food every day here is what finally worked for me after many attempts to lose weight! Log faithfully, and it will work for you, too :)

    Welcome to the mad house :) Its a great place to be whatever your needs weight loss or fitness etc. Get a good bunch of friends and be brave and post your diary to them be honest with yourself but accept bad days will happen, but just move on to the next day as the good days WILL out number the bad ones. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.

    I am returning after 2 years. I started back about 2 days ago. I wanted to say "Happy New Year." I also wanted to welcome all the new people. Please feel free to add me. Its an excellent program. I can use some motivation and healthy buddies myself. Its been a long time, since I have been on. I am considering myself as starting at day 1 and just taking it "one day at a time."     I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the message board. I've been working on my weight loss journey for a few months now but my motivation hasn't been there like when I originally started. I definitely need to build a motivational circle as well! Happy New Years everyone!!

  • Yep...2014! New goal for this year is to exercise "CONTROL"! Never have a problem getting in the exercise, but got to cut out the eating between meals. Especially the junk food! Let's do this!!!!
  • Happy New Year! I have been a member since early 2013. I have lost weight and then gained 20 lbs more than the original weight I started with . So, here I am trying to lose weight again. Hope fully I can stay motivated track what I eat and exercise so I can lose a total of 60 pounds. I could sure use any tips or motivation. Thanks all for joining with me in the weight lose journey
