How can you not be awesome at 22 and canadian.

Welcome to MFP. I started my journey on Nov 24th of last year and ate well all the way up to the week of Christmas, I knew I blew it but I stayed focused on logging the food and lost 3 lbs.

Commit yourself to logging your intake and I feel the rest of it takes care of itself. Logging makes you self-aware, it can guide your choices, the reports about nutrition make you think healthy thoughts - at least it did for me.

    Welcome aboard
  • Agreed - logging is the key. Before, every time I tried this MFP experiment, "I FORGOT" to remember to log my calories.

This time around I've made a few friends in the community - so, just like FB I'm tempted to 'check in' and see if there are any notices or messages from my friends, and low and behold - while I'm here I remember to LOG.

Having said that - contact and communication drought - meaning no red numbers next to my name since late yesterday - is scary - I'm going to have to reach out and make more friends.

I NEED SUPPORT! AND chances are - so do the rest of us.

    Let's DO THIS 2014!! TOGETHER!
