Hello!!
Very cliché to start a diet on January 1st - however I'm using it as a marking point, so I will know how many days, weeks...hopefully months I've been at it lol :D

(and I've stuffed my face over Christmas in preparation of this date! :D)

I'm 18st 7lbs/ Size 20/22- I'm extremely overweight, My vices being Pepsi, sweet stuff, Crisps and snacking late at night (Snacking due to boredom mainly)

So I plan to replace all my cold drinks with water (I do like tea... I'm undecided if I'm dropping that yet...) No Sweets, No Crisps... And absolutely nothing between meals... (even if I have to tape my mouth shut!...)

And I went on a rowing machine today for 5 minutes and nearly died LOL :D
