Hi Everyone

Today is the first day of a new way of life. I don't want to jinx it by calling it a diet, it seems I never get far when I say I am going on a diet. I plan on eating healthier, exercising and becoming more active and taking care of my health and body ( which I have been neglecting for over 20 years ).

I have over 100lbs to lose. So this is going to be a long process. I didn't put on the weight over night so I know it wont come off over night either. I look forward to making new friends here and being a part of this community.

    Hi im jacque and today is the first day on this site . I have 40 lbs to lose. My brother has some major health isues due to his regaini g some of the weight he lost ten years ago and noticed that I had put on some lbs too and recommended tracking what I was eating. My major pro lem with losing weight is that I start hot and heavy for about three weeks and then give up. Hopefully this will be moreconsistent and teach me patience. A new start for the new year.     hi everyone from red Bristol, I have dabbled on this site before but at 16.5 stone need to lose weight plus the wobbly fat under my chin and my face is upsetting my wife and I. I started watching what I eat on boxing day and walking to and from work (2 miles each way) and have already lost 4 lb. My goal is 14 in 14 so to get in the 14stone something mark in 2014 any advice or buddying up greatly appreciated
