Getting back on track, finally

My Fitness Pal was great for me for quite a while, then I stopped logging. I want to get back on track. I only have a few pounds to lose but my belly is a little paunch and it makes me feel bad and unsexy and my pants are uncomfortable. PLUS, my husband and I are going to Costa Rica at the start of March and that means bathing suits!!!

So I am going to try to write and read something in the Community section each day and to log all my food if I can (it's very hard for me), and mostly, to stop with the constant cards and sweets.

I realize this New Year's resolution stuff is pretty silly so let's pretend it's not New Year's and just say, I'm going to spend more time taking care of myself. It's been a bit of a rough year physically as aging makes itself known and if 10 mins. on the elliptical can help, I'm going for it. Realistically, that's all I'm going to do.
