Hello all! I am 5'3" 1/2 and have been thin all my life. I gained weight (about 25 lbs.) in the year 2013 from taking medications. I was at my highest weight of 144 lbs. The weight really went to my belly. Since I joined, I have tried different methods, and found the only way to pass my plateau was to eliminate calories drastically. Since i have started eating less I have lost 13 lbs, and I am now at 131.6 lbs. I still have about 7 lbs. or so to lose to hit my goal weight of 124. My method is eliminating calories, and most recently doing the advanced workout with the "Abdoer Twist" once a day. I am working hard, anyone care to share their stories??
