any seniors with weight to lose

hello, I'm 67 and need to lose aobut 60 lbs. Trying weight watchers, but find it hard to get the water and dairy products in.

    Hi! Have you tried adding a teaspoon of lemon juice to your water? Flavors it enough to make it go down easier. Consider why you're eating dairy. Are you eating dairy for the calcium? Spinach has more calcium per serving than dairy! Are you eating dairy for bone density? WALK! Weight bearing exercise comes with it's own degree of strength training for the legs. :wink:
