I kinda ate like...too much yesterday..No...i no feel good. Its hasnt even been that long since ive eaten that much, and i still feel like crap. I tend to really get off track of whatever i put myself to do. Be it weight loss or anything else...

Drink a ton of water - that helps me feel better because splurge-y foods tend to be high in salt, and the icky-ness often stems from dehydration. The most important thing for your mind and body is just to get back on track and eat normally again. Don't try to make up for yesterday - that's how yo-yo's can happen, and our bodies don't like extremes. Better to wiggle back to the middle.0
