Why do you get a post on your wall when under calorie goal

when you also get a message saying you may not be eating enough calories and it could hinder your weight loss?

I know it's bad to not eat enough.

I think MFP shouldn't give you a 'good job' sort of post when you are under enough to get that warning message as well.

Thoughts?
