Need that push

I have lost just over 50 pounds on my own, thru diet and exercise. I have come to a stand still with regard to losing. I think maybe I am not really paying close enough attention to the amount of food I am eating, so I think that tracking it here will make me think twice. A recent shoulder injury has put a serious kink in my weight training (pretty much halted, honestly. Hoping after some physio I can get slowly back to it.) but I will continue with the rest of my exercise program.

I am not a high-maintenance friend, just a "nice workout" from friends now and then...I want to get 40 more off. Not setting myself a time frame, because I have no idea how long it will take! So please add me!

Welcome. Remember that as you do this, the best and most successful way to do this is to eat at a MILD deficit so you lose it slowly. Usually, when people lose it fast, they rebound, and end up gaining it back and then some.
